At Aleeya.au, we strive to ensure your order is processed and delivered efficiently. Please read the following information carefully to understand our shipping, delivery, and return policies.
Domestic Australia
For all shipments within Australia, a flat rate of $9.95 is applied per order to cover shipping and handling.
International Delivery
We extend our delivery service internationally for a flat rate of $19.95 per order. However, due to evolving international restrictions, delivery to all destinations may not be possible. Should your order be affected by such restrictions, a full refund will be issued immediately.
Import Duties & Taxes
Please note that customers are responsible for any import taxes, duties, or tariffs applicable in their respective country. We are unable to provide supplementary documentation beyond the original invoice. Should you have any queries regarding international import regulations, we encourage you to contact us prior to placing your order.
Shipping Cost Adjustments & Remote Locations
While we strive to provide accurate shipping costs at the time of order, we reserve the right to adjust these costs via email notification should unforeseen circumstances arise. This may occur for deliveries to bulk orders, remote areas, offshore locations, or areas deemed non-deliverable by our shipping partners. Customers who do not agree to the updated delivery cost will be offered a full and immediate refund.
Address Verification
To ensure accurate and efficient delivery, we kindly request that you provide a complete physical address, if possible. This will help us avoid any potential delays or complications.
1. Shipping & Delivery Information
We partner with reputable third-party logistics providers to handle shipping and delivery of your orders. This allows us to focus on product quality and customer service.
- Third-Party Logistics: All deliveries are handled by our selected third-party logistics partner(s). K&K Aus Pty Ltd and Aleeya reserves the sole discretion in choosing the carrier for your shipment. While we aim for reliable service, we cannot guarantee specific delivery times due to factors beyond our control (e.g., carrier delays, weather conditions, unforeseen circumstances).
- Delivery Timeframes: Estimated delivery timeframes vary depending on your location and the chosen shipping option at checkout. These estimates are provided at the time of purchase. Please note that these are estimates only, and actual delivery times may differ.
- Tracking Your Order: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery online via the carrier’s website.
- Missed Delivery: If you are not available to receive your delivery, the carrier may leave a notification card with instructions for rescheduling or picking up your parcel from their local depot. It is the customer’s responsibility to arrange for pickup from the carrier depot within the specified timeframe. K&K Aus Pty Ltd and Aleeya is not responsible for parcels that are not collected from the depot.
- Lost or Delayed Shipments: If your order has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe (typically 10 business days from the dispatch date), please contact us immediately. We will investigate the issue with the carrier and do our best to resolve it. However, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
- Delivery Address Accuracy: Please ensure that the shipping address provided at the time of order is accurate and complete. K&K Aus Pty Ltd and Aleeya is not responsible for delivery failures or additional costs incurred due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
- Australia Inclusive Pricing: All prices listed on our website are quoted in AUD and include Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST).
2. Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Aleeya.au. If you are not happy with your order, please review our return and exchange policy below.
- Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges: We accept returns and exchanges for unused, unopened products in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of delivery.
- Damaged or Faulty Products: If you receive a damaged or faulty product, please contact us immediately with photographic evidence of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including return shipping costs.
- Unopened Product Returns: For unopened product returns, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- Opened Product Returns: We do not generally accept returns or exchanges on products that have been opened, unless the product is demonstrably faulty or damaged upon arrival. However, we are committed to customer satisfaction and are open to discussing any issues you may have. Please contact us to explain the problem, and we will consider each case individually.
- Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 30% may apply to all returned items, including those that are unused and unopened. This fee covers the costs associated with inspecting, processing, and restocking the returned item.
- Returned Products – Delivery/Handling Fee: Returned products may be subject to a standard delivery and handling fee to cover the cost of re-shipping the replacement item or processing the refund.

3. International Shipping & Returns
- International Shipping: We offer international shipping to select countries.

- Asia: 10-20 business days
- United States: 8-14 business days
- Canada: 11-18 business days
- United Kingdom: 5-11 business days
- EU: 10-20 business days
- Rest of world: 14-30 business days
Please Note: These shipping times are estimates only. Unexpected delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as customs processing, weather conditions, or logistical challenges.
- Import Duties & Taxes: Please be aware that international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by the destination country. The customer is solely responsible for paying these fees. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
- International Returns: Customers are responsible for all costs associated with returning items internationally, including shipping fees, customs duties, and any other applicable charges. We do not have the capabilities to estimate international return shipping costs.
- Overseas Exchange: We will process the replacement, however the customer is responsible for the shipping costs.
4. Order Amendments
- Order Cancellation or Modification: Once an order has left our warehouse or 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) facility, we are unable to cancel or modify it.
